This holiday season, Altimate Medical is making a donation to the United Spinal Association in lieu of a Christmas Card, but we need your help.

With each unique click, Altimate Medical will donate $1.00, until we reach our goal of $3,000.00. 

On December 31st, Altimate Medical will issue a check to the United Spinal Association for the amount generated by clicks here, up to $3,000.00. Thank you for helping to improve the quality of life for all people living with disabilities!
