Now, for the first time, the Active Standing Glider is available in a Youth size! Previously only available for adults, the EasyStand Evolv Youth allows the Glider Configuration to be added at anytime. Now comes standard with Full Range Seat which has hinged breakaway sections for each leg that provide approximately thirty degrees greater range of motion, thus allowing full leg extension while gliding.

Active Standing
Exclusive to Altimate Medical, the EasyStand Evolv Glider provides the user with state-of-the-art Active Standing technology that can be found in no other stander. Active Standing provides lower body range of motion and upper body strengthening. Unlike passive standers, the Active Standing Glider allows users to move the glide handles with their arms (or a caregiver can assist) which creates a reciprocal movement in the legs. This advanced active stander enhances the medical benefits of standing and keeps the body ready for medical breakthroughs.

Easier Transfers
A wide concave seat and flip up kneepads make transfers easy. A positioning bar provides a sturdy grip during the transfer. If needed, a patient lift can also be used to transfer a person into the Glider.

Adjustability
It is easy to customize the Evolv Glider for individuals of various heights for use in a rehab or school setting. Two different styles of glide handles are available, providing the user with options on how they want to extend their arms.

Adjustable Resistance While Standing
The adjustable resistance cylinders are accessible to the user while they are in the standing position, so they can easily adjust the resistance on-the-fly. Each side is adjusted individually.
